It is refreshing to find a company whose primary goal is to actually aid and inform the client, rather than providing the bare minimum, all while charging outrageous prices by either the minute or the hour. Having come from a difficult parting between a large and established tax company I’d used for over 15 years, The Tax Force has been a breath of fresh air. With a portfolio ranging from real estate assets, personal finances, traditional investments, and a growing corporation - my needs were to find a company that could handle them all and The Tax Force was it.
All of the agents (shout out to Scott) along with the owners Caitlin and Steve are candid, patient and well versed in the varying services they offer. Their stated goal as a company is to help people understand how the systems work, and how you can make them work for you. Caitlin, who my wife and I deal with, has been incredible to work with. Her professional, but easy to talk to, aura exudes in our every discussion - and while she is a joy to meet with, there is not a time I have ever felt I wasn’t getting the truth, even if it wasn’t always what I wanted to here. Any problem I’ve presented has been handled promptly and they even offered software and coaching on programs that helped me grow and maintain my business. In that, The Tax Force is truly the all-in-one tax package for anyone looking to part ways with the dated method of paying per minute or by the hour. As such, I’ve kept them as my tax consultants year-round and always look forward to my next dealing with them. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
